Anandi is the creator of Sleepology by Anandi®, Ayurvedic practitioner, Senior Akhanda Yoga teacher, Akhanda Yoga Teacher Trainer and direct student of Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu. She's also a Chopra certified meditation teacher and NLP practitioner.
Anandi is the author of Breathe Better Sleep Better. She has appeared in the press all the major glossies including Cosmopolitan, Women’s fitness, Psychologies, Daily Mail and the London Evening Standard.
